Absolutely delicious! I used buttermilk instead of regular milk, and apple sauce instead of oil in mine to give them a rich taste. Only managed to make 8 muffins with the mixture, but that’s probably because the buttermilk-swap resulted in a denser dough. Family loved them so much, the entire batch were gone by the time breakfast was over!!

I made these for a baby shower last week and they were a huge hit! Hubby asked that I be sure and hang onto the recipe for tailgating season. Will definitely make again!

I haven’t eaten one yet but my daughter said they were really good. I used a mix of white flour and wheat flour just to not feel so guilty about serving them to her for breakfast.

I am not a baker and love it when I can find easy quick breads to make. Just made this with my daughter and they are truly tasty. Next time I will try them in a mini-muffin pan.

Loved these. I made 30 mini muffins and cooked for 13 minutes. It’s the perfect combination of doughnuts and cinnamon toast!

These were great! Tasted like donuts, moist, and perfect amount of sugar, spice, and butter. Made 12 and in the oven for 17 minutes. Thank you for this recipe!
