These pumpkin muffins are amazing. I’d never tried with golden raisins before and they just added to the flavor. I didn’t even make the cream cheese frosting- sometimes I find it a bit too sweet. The muffins can definitely stand on their own!

Everyone I have ever made these for loves them. And the icing adds that extra sugar kick I love

These are delicious! I made them as mini muffins and reduced the baking time to 13 minutes. We eat them without the icing and they’re still really yummy!

Delicious and moist! I have made these a few times, but the first time was for my son’s birthday to bring to school. A class of full of 6 and 7 year olds were begging for seconds, even without the frosting!

these are sooo yummy—and…why had i never made cream cheese frosting before…what was i missing???!!!
stuck to the recipe except for omitting raisins since my 9yr old doesnt like them–we made these as a halloween activity ![]()
but…for me..i’d use the raisins AND soak them in rum ![]()
they def. would be great w/out frosting as well…as a breakfast item etc

Just finished making and eating one of these beauties! SO YUMMY! Light, fluffy, and taste like pumpkin pie in muffin form. So good and I didn’t make the topping or the frosting. The muffin definitely stands on it’s own!

I made these this past weekend. Put them in the oven, sat down with my family to watch Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, couldn’t hear the oven timer go off, over cooked them and ate them anyway. That’s how good they are.

I made these without the icing and they were still delicious, a great tasty moist muffin!

This may sound strange, but these were almost TOO moist. That said, I was also very generous with the heaping part of 1c of pumpkin. Also, I would increase the level of spice as I thought the spice got lost.

Easy to make and quite tasty. I added a pinch of cloves to the recipe for a little stronger taste.

Also ….. what would be an equivalent cup measure for the weight measurement of powdered sugar?? I used 2/3′s of a cup of icing sugar as a guesstimate because the bag comes in a 1 kg measure and the metric conversion is also in grams.

Delicious! Due to the pumpkin shortage in the midwest, I subbed blueberries for pumpkin and took out the spices. I also didn’t have a muffin pan, so I used a bread pan.
The result? Delicious muffin bread! Thanks Ree!

Love these muffins. They never last long. I did alter the recipe slightly by using 1 mashed banana and about 3/4 cup of pumpkin-really good.
