Description

Boxed mix plus some extra goodies makes muffins so good that the kids will fight over the last one.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1 whole Large Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced Up Tiny

Preparation

Mix up the cornbread mix according to the direction on the box, but add the sugar, extra milk, and garlic powder.

Stir in the extra goodies. Pour into muffin tin.

I suggest using paper liners because these stuck when I made them, unless you want an excuse to eat all of the pieces that stick to the pan like I did, then by all means, just spray them really well with Pam.

Bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown. I serve these with chili, but I eat more of these than I do of the chili.
