I’ve had so much trouble finding a bread machine recipe that works consistently at my altitude of 4300 ft., very dry climate. It’s been hit and miss for the past 20 years. I finally made it my mission and using good ol’ R2D2, otherwise known as a WelBilt AB100, bought from Costco over 20 years ago I’ve done it. Again and again, just good, plain white bread, soft inside and crusty outside.

A simple recipe that is full of flavor with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon in the dough! A cinnamon roll in bread form!

Combines whole wheat, bread flour, oats with a touch of wheat germ and flax seed for a delicious dough in your bread machine. You can shape it into multiple styles of rolls.

For a traditional loaf, let your breadmaker mix the dough and then shape it into a loaf and bake in your oven.

Hmmm, I wish I had a bread machine but I don’t. I am trying to make myself learn to bake bread since it is one of my fav foods. Anyone suggest how I can make this minus the bread machine?

You can make this in your mixer, let rise in a ziploc bag and shape according to the recipe. I actually adapted this recipe years ago to use my new bread machine. I’ll post the original recipe soon.

These sound like excellent rolls. I’m going to try them very soon.

This recipe is now in the dinner rolls category as “Refrigerator Rolls” to make with mixer and no bread machine. I’d love for you to try them out and give a review!
