Excellent alternative to a dinner roll, and great picnic food.
Preheat your oven to 200ºC (395ºF).
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add black pepper and set aside.
Whisk together the milk and the eggs, dice the ham and grate the cheese, then combine everything together.
Add the sunflower seeds to the flour, pour in the milk mixture and combine everything really well using a wooden spoon. Let the batter stand for about 5 minutes, then line the muffin tin with muffin liners (you will get 15 muffins). Pour in the batter and bake in the preheated oven for about 18–20 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Serve slightly cooled with a salad of your choice.

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
