The recipe works perfectly, and the crust on these rolls is just perfect. I've made some in the past that came out chewy, but not these! I added some parmesan to the tops - they were perfect! I ended up kneading in about 1/4 cup of flour, and (lazy me) tossed a little garlic salt on top rather than chopping up garlic. Overall, they were crisp and light - I've got one sitting in front of me fresh out of the oven! This recipe was delicious!! I need to use a tad less water to make the dough easier to work with. I double my recipe and use 3/4 cup of water. I put the recipe in my recipe book. I will definitely make them again. Maybe I didn't chop the garlic fine enough because it wasn't quite done after the 20 minute cooking.
