These are so good and the recipe is almost perfect. I need to use a tad less water to make the dough easier to work with. I double my recipe and use 3/4 cup of water. Otherwise it’s great and we never have any left after a meal that that includes these!

This recipe was delicious!! I ended up kneading in about 1/4 cup of flour, and (lazy me) tossed a little garlic salt on top rather than chopping up garlic. Overall, they were crisp and light – I’ve got one sitting in front of me fresh out of the oven!

As the other reviews said, these really are wonderful rolls. The recipe works perfectly, and the crust on these rolls is just perfect. I’ve made some in the past that came out chewy, but not these! I added some parmesan to the tops – they were perfect!

These were amazing, probably the best I have ever tried. I added fresh basil on top along with the garlic and butter. (See my blog for my pics) Very easy too!

I made these tonight and they were really tasty! I couldn’t get even close to the knot shape though so they looked like rolls that my kids creatively renamed as toppers. I am so glad that I doubled the recipe because even with twice as many they were all gone! This one is a keeper

I made this recipe today and the knots were really good! I added extra seasoning and more garlic cause I like the flavors and it was perfect. I also brushed them with melted butter as soon as I took them out of the oven as well as before. Definitely a keeper!
I did double the recipe as well.

These were very easy and tasty. I put the recipe in my recipe book. I will definitely make them again.
Maybe I didn’t chop the garlic fine enough because it wasn’t quite done after the 20 minute cooking. I think next time, I might precook the garlic in the butter for a few minutes.

this is a great recipe and is a modified version of King Arthur Flour’s version, including some of the instructions almost word-for-word. you should consider noting that King Arthur Flour wrote the original version of this recipe.

Made these tonight…very, very yummy. I added a tsp of garlic powder to the dough, because I really, really love garlic. I’ll definitely be making them again.
