This was amazing! I halved the recipe and it still made 2 loaves. Freezing one for when the inlaws visit and I am sure we will blow through the other loaf. Thanks for a great, easy recipe!

This was delicious! I’ve been wanting to make English Muffin bread for years and I’m so glad I chose this recipe! Second time to make it…in a week!

I was just referred to as a “domestic goddess” at my office because of this bread recipe. It makes a TON, so be prepared to share! Everything is perfect about this bread and it is great on its own or delicious with jam. I’ll be making it regularly!

This was very good and quite easy. I substituted 1 3/4 of the white flour for wheat. Next time I will try flax seed and honey. A halved recipe was too much dough for two 8.5″ pans so I had to throw out a little bit. 9.5″ pans would have been perfect. Now I will need to replace the ones I gave to my sister.

I am obsessed with this bread and have made it twice now. I made a half batch each time and it made 2 loaves (one full sized and the other just slightly smaller). So unbelievably delicious!!!

Awesome recipe! Very easy to make and oh so yummy! I sent a loaf to both of my kids away at college and they want more!!! Thank you for this simple and excellent bread recipe.

I wish this had worked for me as well as it did for those above. It was just dull.

This bread is DELICIOUS! Mine was extremely wet and impossible to shape (a hilarious spectacle, actually) but the texture was just right. Nice and soft crumb with lots of big holes for butter. I took a loaf to a neighbor right away. I will be making this forever. Thank you, Rebecca!

Hi, I haven’t had a chance to try this, but I have a question. Take a look at the loaf pan size in the recipe. Did you intend it to be the 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 or 9 1/2 by 5 1/2? Or, whatever the standard is? Thanks!

Living in Tanzania. I made this recipe up yesterday and then shared with a friend. Both our families love it. So easy and delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for posting the amounts for 1/2 recipe on your blog – I’m a household of 1, so two loaves will last me a while
