A loaf form of the breakfast staple.
Mix ingredients together in a stand mixer until a tacky batter forms. All of this barely fit in my mixer and I ended up having to mix it a little bit with a spoon to get the flour off the bottom. Just make sure everything is fully incorporated.
Spoon dough into 3 to 4 well-greased loaf pans. The original recipe called for 4 but I only had a need for 3 pans. Allow the bread to rise until it reaches the top of the pans.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350ºF for 35 minutes. Take the loaves out and brush butter across each of them.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let bread rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
(Recipe heavily adapted from One Good Thing by Jillee.)
