This double chocolate zucchini bread is very soft, rich and moist, topped with raw pumpkin seeds and not overly sweet. Simply a delicious and healthy bread that you can make for your family. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a big bowl, mix coconut oil, honey, egg, yogurt, vanilla, and zucchini.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with pumpkin seeds. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until an inserted fork comes out clean.
