In a mixing bowl, cream together margarine and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Divide dough into 3 parts. On floured board, form each into a ball and roll into a circle. Slice into 12 wedges. Roll up each wedge, starting at the wide end. Place point side down on greased cookie sheet. Bake rolls for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
To make icing, in a small bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Drizzle warm rolls with icing. Enjoy!
Makes 36 rolls.
