Description

Corn dogs without a stick! Quick and easy to make, and kid approved!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Hotdogs
  • 1-½ cup Self-rising Cornmeal
  • ¾ cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray.

Cut the hotdogs into thirds and place each third in a 12-count, standard sized muffin tin.

Mix the batter by combining the remaining ingredients and pour 2 tablespoons of batter over each hotdog. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins

Easy to make and delicious. My 3rd grader liked taking them in her lunch box, and my hubby enjoyed them too!
