Description

Yummy chocolate chips coupled with tasty bing cherries – the perfect combo!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ⅓ cups Cane Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • ¼ cups Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vailla Extract
  • ½ cups Diced Bing Cherries, De-stemmed And Pit Removed
  • ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, cane sugar, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract.

Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

Gently fold in cherries and chocolate chips.

Fill paper-lined muffin cups or a greased muffin pan half-way full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
