This Chocolate Cherry Bread is a seductive combination of sweet and tart flavors, oat-based with bites of melting chocolate and juicy cherries
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a small size loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Place bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, cacao powder, amd coconut milk in a blender and work it for up to 1 minute, or until the ingredients have combined and there are no chunks left. Add cherries and chocolate chunks and fold to combine.
Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake for about 32 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Top with fresh cherries and sprinkle powdered sugar.
Keep refrigerated. Serve hot or cold.
