Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Roll out your dough into a circle or the closest thing to it. Carefully move the dough to a pizza pan or baking tray.
In a bowl combine olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper and mix to form a thin paste. Spread the mixture evenly over your dough, then sprinkle on your mozzarella cheese. If you have some mixture left over, feel free to spoon it on top of the cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese is brown and bubbly. Slice into sticks and enjoy!
