Thaw your frozen dough in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or in 30 second intervals in your microwave on defrost. Dough should thaw in 2 minutes total if you do this in the microwave.
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Give your thawed dough a little kneed, then pull it apart to form balls. Make as many as you can while keeping them a similar size. Put your pizza dough balls in a bowl.
Melt a stick of butter in the microwave on 30 second intervals until melted (about 1 1/2 minutes). Add in your minced garlic into the melted butter and mix.
Pour your butter/garlic mixture onto your dough balls and toss to coat. It’s OK if dough starts to take shape and lose its form.
Transfer dough to a greased loaf pan and into the oven it goes for 25 minutes.
When cooked, transfer to a plate and slowly pull apart each ball. Or let your guests do it! Up to you!
