Description

These are the cutest, most delectable little biscuits ever. And they’re so simple to make—only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 8 ounces, weight Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F and spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients and fill mini muffin pan 3/4 full (recipe makes roughly 30-40 mini muffins). Bake for 10-15 minutes.

**To make your own self-rising flour, combine 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and enough all-purpose flour to equal one cup.

Wow, these are GREAT! I made them using mini-cupcake liners because I don’t have a mini-muffin tin and the liners worked fine. I’m taking them to our neighborhood BBQ today. They are delicious and my husband asked me why I don’t make these more often. I’m like, “I just found the recipe!” Anyway, these are the easiest and most delish biscuits I’ve ever made, and I can tell you that we’ll no longer be buying the frozen ones for convenience because there’s no longer any need. YUM!
