Description

Good ol’ monkey bread with blueberries tucked inside. Perfect for Sunday morning with the family!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 cans 7.5 Oz Cans, Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • ½ cups To 3/4 Cups Dried Blueberries
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.

Remove biscuits from the cans and cut each in half. Place several blueberries inside each half, pinch to seal and roll into a ball with the palms of your hands.

Dip each ball into the melted butter and then dip in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place dough balls around Bundt pan – in layers.

Repeat with remaining ingredients.
I had a little butter and a little sugar left, which I drizzled over the top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are fully cooked. Allow to cool in the pan a few minutes.

Place a large plate or platter upside down over the pan, turn over and remove the Bundt pan from the monkey bread. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Enjoy!

These are really good! My 10 month old daughter loves them! I am going to try them with a different fruit next time! I used frozen blueberries and they took a little bit longer to make, but worth it!!
