Description

These puffs are so delicious and they smell absolutely divine when they are in the oven. The best part is that they only have 4 ingredients and take about 5 minutes to prepare. You can’t beat that! They are great as an appetizer or served with soup or salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 Oz. Size) Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 ounces, weight High-quality Blue Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and cheese until completely combined. Stir in garlic powder. Meanwhile, cut the biscuits into quarters and place in the baking dish in an even layer. Once the butter and cheese has melted, pour it evenly over the biscuit pieces. Bake for 18-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits have cooked through. Serve warm.

This recipe can be doubled for a 9×13 pan.
