My husband couldn't stop eating these delicious muffins!!! I agree that you only need to make half the topping.

This was my first time making blueberry muffins from scratch, and I think these turned out well! I followed the directions to a 'T', with the only substitutions being applesauce for oil and half brown sugar and half regular sugar for the topping. I'm pleased and will most likely make these again.

Absolutely AMAZING. The recipe was so easy and a lovely Sunday breakfast treat. And Sunday brunch treat. And Sunday lunch ... well you get the idea.

Definitely passing this recipe on!

I too had some extra topping which means, I suppose, this week I will have to make apple crumple. Darn!

ive made these dozens of times now and ive found that using oatmeal instead of the flour in the topping is very good also i like the sorta chewy texture it brings.

I had to throw away my first batch as the topping burned. I figured out that I should have used COLD butter for the topping instead of softened. I'm a bit of a novice baker, so please will you make the instructions a bit more clear? The second batch turned out great and I will make again.

Easy and yummy, but more of a dessert than a breakfast treat.
