Description

Healthy banana muffins made with spelt and almond flour. No added sugars and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3  Ripe Bananas
  • 1  Egg
  • ½ cups Water
  • 1 cup Spelt Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Mash your ripe bananas in a small bowl. Add the egg and water and blend well.

In a larger bowl, mix the spelt, almond flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended. Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and continue to mix until there are no lumps.

Pour mixture into paper-lined muffin tins and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!

Delicious!!! I drink raw milk, so I replaced the water with cream. Very easy to make and baked up beautifully.
