Description

Sweet Banana Muffins with crunchy walnuts in each bite!

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ½ cups Whole Milk
  • ½ cups Buttermilk
  • ¾ cups Ripe Banana, Mashed
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ½ cups Walnuts, Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a muffin tin with paper or spray with nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Making a well in the middle, add the melted butter, milks, banana, and egg. Mix only until combined. Fold in the nuts. Mix will be lumpy; be careful not to over mix.

You can use an ice cream scoop or spoon to fill the muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
