Description

This is the one thing my husband asks for me to bake over and over again. He says it is moist and delicious even though it’s “healthy”.

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Flax Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2  Eggs
  • 2  Ripe Bananas
  • ½ cups Applesauce
  • 5 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients then mix together, stirring until combined.

Pour into a greased 9×5 loaf pan and bake at 325ºF for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
