Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients above. Stir the mixture so that everything is mixed and wet.
Spray a 12-count cupcake pan with non-stick spray and fill each well until 2/3 full. Bake the cornbread for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
