Description

A simple and delicious banana bread recipe. Serve topped with cream cheese for an amazing anytime treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ cups Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2  Eggs, Beaten
  • 3 whole Ripe Bananas Mashed, But Still Slightly Lumpy
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Sift together your baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour in either a separate bowl or on a plate.
3. Beat the oil and sugar together. Add the eggs and bananas. Add your sifted dry ingredients, then add your milk. Add the vanilla.
4. Mix well with your mixer
5. Then stir in your nuts and pour into the greased and floured pans.
6. Bake the loaf in the oven starting with 45 minutes. When an inserted toothpick comes out clean, your bread is done! Enjoy.
