Drain clams, reserving the liquid. Add milk as necessary to the clam liquid to make 3 tbls.
Add the liquid to the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
Stir in the clams and the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. This is wonderful served with a variety or raw veggies cut for dipping or also good with crackers and chips or your choice. Makes about 2 Cups.
