Description

These little cups are filled with the best white chocolate, covered in brie cheese and topped with raspberry jam. Bake them all together and you have the most delicious appetizer. Perfect for a New Year’s party.

Ingredients

  • 15 whole Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
  • 1-½ ounce, weight White Chocolate, Chopped Or Shaved
  • 1-½ ounce, weight Brie Cheese, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Raspberry Preserves, Divided
  • 15 whole Raspberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the phyllo sheets on the baking sheet. Place 1 teaspoon of white chocolate in the bottom of each shell. Top with a bit of chopped brie. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves on top and bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.

Remove from oven and top any with leftover raspberry jam. Place back in the oven for 1 minute. Top each with a whole raspberry. Serve hot.
