White Bean Dip

Description
A classic white bean dip is the ultimate fast, easy and incredibly yummy snack. This version is super creamy with big Mediterranean flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained But Not Rinsed
- 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- ½ Lemon, Zest And Juice
- ¼ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Capers
- 1 cup Herb Infused Olive Oil
- Pita Chips, To Serve
Preparation
In the bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Parmesan, salt, crushed red pepper, and capers. Run processor to bring it all together. Then slowly pour in olive oil while processor continues to run, until = mixture is smooth and creamy.
Scoop mixture out into a pretty bowl and serve immediately with pita chips! This is a perfect, fast and super easy party snack sure to please a crowd.
