Description

This dip is perfect for football-watching weather. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Yellow Corn, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Corn, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Green Chili Peppers, Drained
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Tortilla Chips, To Serve

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a medium baking dish, mix white corn, yellow corn, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese, and garlic powder.
3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

This recipe was super easy and really yummy! Brought it to my small group and it was completely gone. I will try the hot Rotel instead of mild next time for a kick.
