Description

If you’re from North Dakota like me you know this sauce. It is the sauce that you would pour in a glass and drink if it was socially acceptable. The sauce that has its own facebook fan page… This is as close as I’ve been able to get – if you know this sauce and can improve on it – please let me know!! Or just shout out if you too obsess over the single greatest thing to ever come from ND.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Mild Ro-Tel Including The Juice, 10 Ounce Can
  • ½ Tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder

Preparation

Just dump all ingredients together and blend. I’ve found I get the best texture with my old-fashioned hand mixer. The emulsion blender or my stand blender don’t have the right texture. Chill! It is best after it has been in the fridge for a couple of hours.
