Description

just like going to your favorite Mexican restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 28 Oz Can Whole Tomatoes
  • 1  Onion
  • ½ cans (about 13 Oz. Size) Pickled Jalapenos, Drained
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • Salt To Taste
  • Cilantro

Preparation

Put tomatoes in a blender and blend one can at a time. Put tomatoes in a large bowl. Put remaining ingredients in the blender. Add some of the tomatoes to wet and blend. Place that into the bowl with the rest of the tomatoes. Taste and add extra onion and some roughly chopped cilantro to adjust seasonings if needed. I sometimes add a little of the jalapeno juice to make it a little spicier.

I also halve this as it’s usually just me and the hubby eating.
