Description

Somehow cream cheese and brown sugar dotted with nutty toffee bits morphs into a creamy yet caramel-y mixture. It’s amazing.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Toffee Bits
  • 7 whole Apples, Cored And Sliced For Dipping

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar until well combined. Stir in the toffee bits. Serve with sliced apples. Store the dip covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

This was great, I served it with honey crisp wedges. I did add a touch of Penzey’s vietnamese cinnamon and it was even better.

I made this for book club and then was requested to make it again for a party I was having the next week. This was renamed “Apple Crack” it was so good. People were licking the bowl!!

Very tasty and very easy! I made it(along with quite a few other things) for a appetizer party I was hosting, and people couldn’t believe there were only a few ingredients in it.
