Description

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. Addicting. For real.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds, Rinsed And Dry
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Powder
  • ½ ounces, fluid Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl combine all ingredients until seed are coated well.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake until toasted and slightly browned, about 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through. Watch carefully to avoid burning as all ovens vary on cook times.

Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

We’ll be trying these this weekend! My children are always begging for toasted pumpkin seeds and with this recipe I’ll be sure to do it!

Delightful and so quick to make! I’m a bit of a “heat” woose, so I might add a tad less cayenne, but my hunny would have loved more! Winner!
