This recipe uses less mayo, and has a flavor that has become an addiction with my fiends and family.
Place eggs in a pot, cover with water. Boil 15 – 20 minutes. Drain , then fill the pot with cold water. Let sit 5 minutes; peel.
Slice eggs lengthwise in half and remove yolks to a separate cereal bowl . Place the whites of the eggs on an egg platter.
Mash yolks with a fork or dough blender tool. Add mayo or Miracle Whip and Italian dressing; mix well with a fork.
Spoon into white halves; sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill till ready to eat.
I also use 18 eggs, adjusting the ingredients in this recipe
to make homemade eggs salad. Just chop the whites and add to the yolk mixture. Serve on your favorite buns or bread, or salad.
You may also add chopped onion, peppers, etc. to make this your own signature egg salad.
