		<description><![CDATA[Yum!  I sprinkled them with sharp cheddar before rolling up.  I definitely recommend freezing them until firm before slicing, helps with the presentation.  Also, I baked them on parchment paper and they came off like a dream!  Memorial Day bbq, here we come!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Have a batch (or two) ready to go into oven for a baby shower this afternoon. When cutting if you use some heavy duty thread instead of a knife, they are much easier to cute. Just slide a piece of thread ( I keep a spool of heavy duty thread in my kitchen for just this reason) about 12-18 inches underneath the roll, criss cross the tread and pull. Easy peaay!]]></description>
