As good as everyone claims! I found it a bit hard to roll them together and then cut them up, but freezing them did make it much easier!

Just made this last night. They were great and easy! I served them with raspberry jam on the side which really gave it that sweet-spicy flavor PLUS jam always goes well with cream cheese! Thanks

Made these today with my home canned jalepeno peppers. Added 4 slices of cooked & crumbled bacon. Yummy!!

Yum! I sprinkled them with sharp cheddar before rolling up. I definitely recommend freezing them until firm before slicing, helps with the presentation. Also, I baked them on parchment paper and they came off like a dream! Memorial Day bbq, here we come!

Have a batch (or two) ready to go into oven for a baby shower this afternoon. When cutting if you use some heavy duty thread instead of a knife, they are much easier to cute. Just slide a piece of thread ( I keep a spool of heavy duty thread in my kitchen for just this reason) about 12-18 inches underneath the roll, criss cross the tread and pull. Easy peaay!
