I am not a big fan of hummus with tahini, so I omit it from my recipe. This hummus is always a crowd pleaser. Try it with roasted red peppers or cilantro for a different variation. You can also use black beans instead of chick peas, if you so desire.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy. Serve with pita chips or toasted bread.
This hummus is great on sandwiches or as a dip for veggies.
