Description

Easy and quick black bean hummus with a Mexican flair. This is way healthier than prepackaged stuff.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Plain Black Beans, Drained
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Sea Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1 dash Tamari, To Taste
  • 1 dash Lime Juice, To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Safflower Or Olive Oil

Preparation

1. Put black beans in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.

2. Add in everything else and pulse to thoroughly mix.

3. Eat!

**We’re not big tahini fans, so I left that out. Feel free to add it though!
