So easy, so delicious and so gone! We devoured a whole plateful in 5 minutes flat!
Note: double the above ingredients if using 2 sheets of puff pastry.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a bowl mix together the cheese spread, chipotle pepper, salt, pepper and sugar.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pastry sheet to 14 x 11 inches. Spread mixture evenly over the pastry. Starting at the long end, roll up and then put in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and trim ends. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and place cut side down on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Brush tops lightly with egg and water mixture. Bake 15-17 minutes till golden. So yummy!
