Sweet and spicy bites of chicken, perfect for appetizers. Totally sublime.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, and place in a greased pan. Mix the chili sauce, sambal sauce and ginger together. Pour half of it over the chicken,reserving the rest. Toss to make sure it’s evenly coated, and then place in a preheated 425ºF oven. Cook for about 15 minutes and check the chicken. If there’s too much sauce, pour off some of it, and place the chicken under the broiler to brown and caramelize the chicken bites a little. Serve with reserved sauce for dipping. Great as a quickie appetizer or meal.
