These go like hot cakes. A great appetizer for any party.
Wash jalapenos. Slice lengthwise and remove seeds.
Fill each half of jalapeno with cream cheese. Once filled, wrap a slice of bacon around jalapeno, securing with toothpick.
I usually use a half slice of bacon for each half jalapeno.
Grill on hot grill for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked. These do get a bit crazy on the grill if the bacon grease starts flaming. To help prevent this from happening, put foil on grill to help catch grease.
Yields about 8 servings, depending on the crowd.
