Summer Fruit Kabobs with Mascarpone Dip

Ingredients
- FOR THE SKEWERS:
- 4 cups Assorted Fruit Such As Grapes, Strawberries, Blackberries, Melon, Blueberries And Pineapple, Cleaned And Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 12 pieces Wooden Skewers
- FOR THE DIP:
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Marshmallow Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Preparation Instructions
Layer the fruit on the skewers and arrange skewers on a serving platter.
For the dip: In a medium-sized bowl mix the cheese, marshmallow cream and honey until well blended. Serve dip with the fruit and enjoy.
