These are my absolute favorite. Mmmmm. They satisfy a deep craving in my soul. We had an “appetizer dinner” with these babies, chicken wings, and onion strings. A little greasy, but–wow.

Holy cow, are these good! I’m usually not a fan of mushrooms, but I figured it was time to exit my comfort zone and give these a try, and I’m really glad I did! They were a big hit, judging by the compliments I received. This recipe is a definite keeper!

I LOVE these mushrooms. They are my go-to appetizer whenever I have to bring something to an event. They turn out better if you prepare them in a 9×13 dish and then pop them in the oven wherever you’re going, if possible. They are great for holidays and get togethers. I could eat them all by myself, but I try to share
I use about a half pound of sausage, so they’re a little meatier and you can fill a few more mushrooms with that amount.

I found the taste of the sausage was lost in these and they were a little too rich.

Super easy and delicious. I had more stuffing then mushroom caps. The extra stuffing is delicious on a cracker. Yum! Thanks for sharing.

My mother-in-law loves these and now I have to make them everytime she comes to visit. I find it makes a huge batch, plenty to eat and to freeze.

This is the perfect stuffed mushroom recipe. I will find any excuse to make them – as long as there is more than just our family of three to eat them. Way to yummy to stop at just a few.

I’ve made these several times for potlucks and parties I’m hosting and am in the process of making them again for our 4th of July celebration.
They are awesome! I always get tons of compliments and many people asking for the recipe.
