Short savory and sweet stuffed pastries that melt in your mouth. They are perfect hors d’oeuvres!
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and preheat oven to 375ºF.
Roll dough out until it’s a thin sheet. Cut off long enough pieces so that they can be rolled once stuffed. You can make any shapes you’d like; I chose to go with slightly deformed ravioli.
Place a spoonful of goat cheese and 1 teaspoon of honey into the pastry. Roll and place on the baking sheet.
Repeat until the ingredients are gone. Bake at 375ºF for 12-15 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
Drizzle additional honey over pastries and serve!
