This salty/sweet combo is so easy and tasty it will knock your socks off!
Chop your bacon into small pieces and cook over medium heat until crispy. Then remove it from the pan with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain.
Spread goat cheese onto both tortillas. Then layer on the strawberries, arugula, bacon and green onion. Fold each tortilla in half. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crisp and arugula is slightly wilted.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, cut and serve!
