Defrost spinach and squeeze out all the water.
Combine all ingredients (except tortillas ) in bowl… mix well!
Divide and then spread mixture on tortillas and roll up.
Cut each tortilla in to 6 to 8 pieces and serve.
You can also wrap the rolled tortillas in waxed paper till ready to cut serve.
