Description

The radish worked perfectly because it has a fresh and spicy bite, which works well with the crab meat. Moreover, it adds a nice crunch. A healthy one too!

There is much to be enjoyed! Especially because despite that fact that radishes are 90% water, it’s packed with potassium.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Can Crab Meat, 6oz
  • ½ cups Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • ½ cups Grated Asiago Cheese
  • ¾ cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Radish, Roughly Chopped
  • ½ cups Oven Roasted White Button Mushrooms
  • 1 whole Garlic Clove, Minced Or 2 If You Like More Garlic Flavor
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons Dry Mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Pour into an 8×5 baking vessel, one suitable for hot dips. Bake for 70-75 minutes. Enjoy the aroma of hot bubbly cheese and crab! Works perfectly on a toasted baguette or crackers.

I was searching for something to do with my Easter Egg Radishes and came across this recipe. Very intriguing! I had to omit the mushrooms as I had none on hand, but it still turned out good! I enjoyed it on top of club crackers. I love the kick the radish gives.
