Just made this dip for tomorrow’s Thanksgiving dinner. Delicious!!! My oldest loved licking the beaters when I was done making it.

I modified this dip because the sugar content seemed quite high and I needed to double it anyway to make a bigger batch… so I just doubled everything except the sugar and it is delicious! I also added a bit of milk to thin it down as it was quite thick.

I made this dip for a party at my house and it was by far my favorite. I made it without the cardamom because I didn’t have any and didn’t want to spend the money at the moment to buy it for a pinch and I thought it was still great without it!!

I made this dip tonight for a Halloween party and it turned out great. I also used half of the sugar and didn’t have any cardamom. It was pretty thick, but that really is just a matter of preference. Thanks for the recipe!

I served this at my staff holiday potluck party today and it was a huge hit. Everyone has asked me for the recipe.
I found that the caramel flavor really came out when eaten with apples. I’m sure it would taste great with all sorts of other fruit, graham crackers, etc. It could probably be used as frosting if used at the appropriate consistency.
The recipe goes a long way so I’d probably make a 1/2 batch next time.

I made this for a fall-themed baby shower, and it got rave reviews – I had several people asking for the recipe, including a caterer friend of mine who used it a few days later for a party she was doing. Sweet, spicy, and perfect!

I made this last year and completely forgot to leave a review. This is a wonderful recipe. My bunco group will be enjoying it again this week!
