1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, fresh herbs and lemon juice.
2. Pulse until you have a smooth, well incorporated dip.
3. Transfer the dip to a small mixing bowl and add the trout, breaking it into pieces as you add it to the bowl.
4. Use a fork to mash the trout as well as the remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh dill into the dip. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
