Description
This is a super tasty cold dip that is great for parties or even just a nice snack.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight French Onion Dip
- 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ⅓ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Tiny Or Small Shrimp
- Salt And Pepper
Preparation
1. Mix together the French onion dip, cream cheese, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. It helps to soften the cream cheese first. Use a mixer to get it smooth and combined well.
2. Drain the shrimp. Gently fold the shrimp into the mixture.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. You can enjoy it right away, but it does taste even better after spending a bit of time in the fridge. I especially like to eat it with blue corn chips.
