Description

Salsa that is so easy and so good you won’t want to share!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes (Mexican Recipe—If You Don't Have That Then Use The Peppers And Onions Style)
  • ⅓ cups Fresh, Thinly Chopped Cilantro
  • ½ teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 whole Tomato Cut Into Cubes
  • ½ whole Onion, Or To Taste, Cut Into Thin Slices
  • 1 whole Jalapeno (I Use 2. Call Me A Rebel.)
  • 3 dashes Lime Juice

Preparation

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend as thin or as chunky as you wish.

Grab some chips.

Boom. Boom. Pow. You now have salsa.

I don’t drain it – I just pour them in. With the added ingredients it doesn’t I’ve never gotten a foam or froath. I do love this salsa!

I love to make homemade salsa! Do you drain your tomatoes first? I tend to always get a foamy or frothy salsa when I make it in the blender, no matter how gently I pulse. Do you have any suggestions?
